Privacy Policy
Last Revised on: May 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tenbin Inc. ("Tenbin," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access websites, applications, interfaces, content, and related services operated by Tenbin, including bittenbin.com and any subdomains (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, connecting a wallet, or communicating with us, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not want information processed as described here, do not use the Services.
1. Scope
Tenbin is designed to minimize collection of personal information. The Services do not require you to create an account, submit KYC information, provide a legal name, enter a billing address, or give Tenbin custody of assets or private keys.
Most information displayed or used by the Services is public blockchain data from Ethereum mainnet or data derived from that public blockchain data. Even when information is public, privacy laws may still treat wallet addresses, transaction activity, IP addresses, device data, support emails, or combinations of these data points as personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Tenbin in connection with the Services. It does not apply to public blockchains, third-party wallets, RPC providers, block explorers, token issuers, analytics providers, hosting providers, or other third-party services that Tenbin does not control.
Public blockchains are transparent and immutable. Wallet addresses, token balances, approvals, transactions, contract interactions, event logs, timestamps, and related metadata may be publicly visible and may be copied, indexed, analyzed, or retained by anyone. Tenbin cannot delete, alter, or anonymize data recorded on public blockchains.
2. Limited Information We Process
Wallet and blockchain information: wallet addresses you connect, connected chain identifiers, token balances and approvals shown through the interface, transaction hashes, smart contract interactions, agent identifiers, positions, exposures, rewards, and other public blockchain or indexer data associated with wallet activity.
Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral URL, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, error logs, performance data, and similar information that may be processed by Tenbin or its hosting, RPC, wallet connection, indexing, or security providers when the Services are accessed.
Local storage and cookies: wallet connection state, interface preferences, selected agent or map state, session identifiers, and similar information stored through cookies, local storage, or comparable browser technologies.
Communications information: email address, name or handle, message content, attachments, and other information you choose to provide if you contact us, request support, submit feedback, or otherwise communicate with Tenbin.
Tenbin does not intentionally collect government identification numbers, financial account passwords, seed phrases, private keys, biometric data, precise geolocation, health data, or other sensitive personal information through the Services.
3. Sources of Information
We process information directly from you when you use the Services, connect a wallet, sign or submit transactions, contact us, or configure interface preferences.
We may receive or display information from Ethereum mainnet, public blockchain data, Goldsky or other indexers, RPC providers, wallet providers, block explorers, hosting providers, and other infrastructure providers used to operate, secure, or improve the Services.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Services; display wallet and Protocol information; process support requests; monitor performance; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal obligations.
We may use wallet, IP, device, and usage information for sanctions compliance, jurisdictional restrictions, wallet screening, risk controls, and other safety or compliance purposes.
We may use contact information to respond to your requests and send administrative, security, legal, or service-related communications. We do not use the Services to request private keys or seed phrases.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we process personal information when necessary to provide the Services or take steps at your request, when necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, when necessary to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent.
Our legitimate interests include maintaining a secure hosted interface, preventing abuse, understanding product usage, responding to support requests, protecting legal rights, and improving reliability and user experience.
6. How We Share Information
Service providers: we may share or make information available to vendors that provide hosting, content delivery, error logging, security, compliance, wallet connectivity, RPC access, indexing, customer support, email, and other operational services.
Blockchain and wallet interactions: when you connect a wallet or submit a transaction, information may be shared with or made visible to wallet providers, RPC providers, blockchain networks, validators, smart contracts, indexers, token contracts, and block explorers.
Legal and safety disclosures: we may disclose information if we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, sanctions obligation, regulatory request, or other legal process, or if disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect Tenbin, users, the public, or the integrity of the Services.
Business transactions: information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, asset sale, or similar corporate transaction.
Consent: we may share information with your consent or at your direction.
7. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
The Services use local storage and may use cookies or similar browser technologies to remember preferences, maintain wallet connection state, preserve selected map or agent state, improve performance, detect errors, and protect the Services.
Tenbin does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral advertising pixels in the Services. If Tenbin later enables analytics, cookie banners, or similar tools where required, this Privacy Policy should be updated to describe those tools.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies or local storage may cause parts of the Services to stop working correctly.
Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for these signals, the Services may not respond to them.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to operate the Services, maintain security logs, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the sensitivity of the information, legal requirements, operational needs, and whether the information is stored by Tenbin or by third-party providers. Public blockchain data may persist indefinitely and is outside Tenbin control.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by the Services. No method of transmission, storage, wallet connection, smart contract interaction, or internet-based service is fully secure.
You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, devices, browser extensions, and transaction approvals. Tenbin will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
10. International Transfers
Tenbin is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where Tenbin or its service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms for international transfers of personal information.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or appeal of certain decisions relating to your personal information.
California and other U.S. state residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing or sharing of personal information. Tenbin does not sell personal information for money and does not currently use the Services for cross-context behavioral advertising.
EEA, UK, and Swiss residents may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise privacy rights, contact us at hi@bittenbin.com. We may need to verify your request before responding. We cannot delete or modify information recorded on public blockchains.
12. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at hi@bittenbin.com.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means the updated policy applies to information processed after the effective date, subject to applicable law.
14. Contact
