Terms of Service
Last Revised on: May 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, interfaces, content, and related services operated by Tenbin Inc. ("Tenbin," "we," "us," or "our"), including bittenbin.com and any subdomains (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, connecting a wallet, or initiating a transaction through the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
1. Overview of the Services
Tenbin provides a hosted web interface, related content, and supporting software that may allow users to discover information about, and submit transactions to, smart contracts associated with the Pythagorean Market Maker V2 protocol and related onchain systems (collectively, the "Protocol").
The Protocol is made available through self-executing smart contracts deployed on public blockchains. Tenbin does not custody user assets, hold private keys, open or maintain financial accounts for users, intermediate settlement, or have the ability to reverse, cancel, recover, or modify transactions once they are submitted to Ethereum mainnet.
The Services may display information obtained from public blockchains, indexers, RPC providers, wallet software, block explorers, analytics providers, and other third-party infrastructure. That information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by third-party outages.
2. Eligibility and Restricted Use
You must be at least 18 years old, the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into these Terms. You may use the Services only if your use is lawful in every jurisdiction that applies to you.
You may not access or use the Services if you are, are acting for, or are owned or controlled by a person or entity that is the target of sanctions or trade restrictions administered or enforced by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Nations, or any other applicable sanctions authority.
You may not access or use the Services from any jurisdiction where such access or use would be illegal, require Tenbin to obtain a license or registration that it does not hold, or expose Tenbin to sanctions, regulatory, or legal obligations that Tenbin has not expressly accepted.
You may not use VPNs, proxies, remote access tools, false identity information, or other methods to evade access controls, jurisdictional restrictions, sanctions controls, wallet screening, or other compliance measures. Tenbin may restrict, suspend, or block access to the hosted interface at any time and without notice.
3. Wallets, Tokens, and Onchain Transactions
To use certain Services, you may need to connect a self-custodial wallet and approve transactions through that wallet. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, devices, credentials, and transaction approvals.
Transactions are initiated by you through your wallet and are executed by blockchain networks, validators, smart contracts, token contracts, and other third-party systems. Tenbin cannot guarantee that a transaction will be confirmed, executed, indexed, displayed correctly, or achieve any expected result.
You are solely responsible for reviewing transaction details before signing, including recipient addresses, token approvals, token amounts, slippage or execution assumptions, gas costs, and any other wallet prompts. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
The Services may reference USDC, ETH, TBN, or other digital assets. Tenbin does not issue, redeem, guarantee, custody, or control third-party tokens, stablecoins, or network assets. Token issuers, bridges, blockchains, and other third parties may impose their own terms, fees, restrictions, freezes, upgrades, or failures.
Tenbin does not currently charge a fee for accessing the hosted frontend. Network fees, token approval costs, gas fees, third-party fees, or protocol-level amounts may still apply and are your sole responsibility.
4. No Financial, Trading, Legal, or Tax Advice
The Services are provided for informational and software-interface purposes only. Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
Tenbin is not your broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, futures commission merchant, swap dealer, exchange, designated contract market, swap execution facility, clearing organization, bank, custodian, money transmitter, fiduciary, agent, or counterparty.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any interaction with the Services, the Protocol, digital assets, automated market-making mechanisms, rewards, or related smart contracts is appropriate and lawful for you. You should consult your own advisers before using the Services or the Protocol.
5. Protocol and Regulatory Risks
The Protocol is designed as a perpetual onchain market maker for agent positions and proximity-based mechanics. It is not designed to offer event contracts, binary outcome contracts, prediction markets, or markets that resolve through an event settlement process.
Even so, laws governing digital assets, market-making mechanisms, automated protocols, stablecoin payments, rewards, gaming, gambling, derivatives, commodities, securities, and consumer financial products are complex, unsettled, and may vary by jurisdiction. Regulators or private parties may characterize a protocol, transaction, token, reward, or interface differently from Tenbin.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services and Protocol is not prohibited by laws applicable to you. Tenbin makes no representation that the Services or Protocol are appropriate, available, compliant, or lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
Digital assets and smart contracts involve significant risks, including total loss of assets, smart contract bugs, oracle or data failures, MEV, front-running, failed or reverted transactions, liquidity shortages, market manipulation, inaccurate displayed data, chain reorganizations, governance changes, admin-key or upgrade risk, regulatory action, tax consequences, and third-party infrastructure failures.
Past, current, or displayed protocol activity, balances, exposures, rewards, rankings, or market values do not guarantee future results. You should not use the Services with assets you cannot afford to lose.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, manipulate markets, engage in fraud, evade sanctions or access restrictions, launder proceeds, finance unlawful activity, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the Services, overload infrastructure, scrape or copy content except as permitted by law, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
You may not submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harmful, or malicious content through the Services. You may not use bots, scripts, or automated systems in a manner that disrupts the Services or harms other users.
7. Third-Party Services and Open Networks
The Services may depend on or link to wallets, wallet connectors, RPC providers, node operators, indexers, block explorers, analytics providers, hosting providers, content delivery networks, token issuers, blockchain networks, and other third-party products or services.
Tenbin does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, public blockchains, validators, miners, token contracts, wallet software, browser extensions, or other systems outside Tenbin control. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including the website, user interface, graphics, logos, trademarks, content, and other materials, are owned by Tenbin or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, Tenbin grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for lawful purposes.
These Terms do not restrict rights that may be granted under separate open-source licenses applicable to specific software repositories, smart contract code, or other materials. If open-source license terms apply, those terms govern the applicable code to the extent of any conflict.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Availability
Tenbin may change, suspend, restrict, geoblock, discontinue, or terminate any part of the hosted interface or Services at any time, with or without notice. Tenbin has no obligation to maintain any particular frontend, feature, market display, indexer, RPC connection, or blockchain integration.
The Protocol and public blockchain data may remain accessible through other means independent of Tenbin. Tenbin is not responsible for any direct smart contract interaction, forked frontend, third-party interface, or other access method that is not operated by Tenbin.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TENBIN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, THE PROTOCOL, SMART CONTRACTS, BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR DISPLAYED INFORMATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR FREE FROM BUGS, VULNERABILITIES, MALWARE, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENBIN AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, LOSS OF PRIVATE KEYS, FAILED TRANSACTIONS, OR REGULATORY OR TAX CONSEQUENCES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TENBIN'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO TENBIN FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
12. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tenbin and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use or misuse of the Services or Protocol, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your violation of third-party rights, or your wallet transactions.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory law that provides otherwise, you and Tenbin agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Tenbin waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding relating to the Services or these Terms.
14. Updates to These Terms
Tenbin may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
